Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers): Under European consumer law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
Important Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Because our products are dispatched from our international artisan hubs, all returns must be sent back to our central returns processing center in Asia. The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Natural Variance Disclaimer: Because every Bambuura product is 100% handcrafted from natural bamboo, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions (1-2 cm) are natural and expected. These are not considered defects, but rather the beautiful hallmark of artisan creation.
